This Privacy Policy applies to Pocklet, a personal expense & budget tracking Android application. This policy complies with Google Play Rules, GDPR, CCPA and Brazil LGPD legislation. By installing and using Pocklet, you accept all data processing terms below.

1. Local Storage of Financial Records

All your income, expense, budget entries and personal financial data are saved locally on your device’s internal storage only. We never upload, sync or backup any private billing information to remote servers. Your financial data stays fully under your own control.

2. Permissions Explanation

Pocklet requests storage permission only to locally save your bookkeeping data and exported expense reports on your phone. The app does not access, scan or collect your private photos, contacts or unrelated personal files.

3. Collected Information Scope

We follow strict data minimization principles and collect no personally identifiable financial details:

• Anonymous device model, OS version and anonymous crash logs used exclusively to fix bugs and improve app stability;
• All such anonymous data cannot identify any individual user and won’t be linked to your ledger data.

4. Data Sharing Regulation

Pocklet will never sell, rent, trade or disclose your financial records or user information to any third parties, advertisers or commercial institutions for marketing purposes.

5. Third-Party Service

The app includes Google AdMob for optional in-app advertisements. Ad services process only anonymous advertising IDs in accordance with Google privacy policy and local laws including Brazilian LGPD; no billing data is shared with ad partners.

6. User Rights

• Clear all accounting records inside app settings anytime;
• Revoke storage permission via Android system settings or uninstall app to stop all local data access;
• Brazil users reserve full LGPD rights to request privacy consultation.

7. Minor Protection & Policy Update

Pocklet targets users above 13 years old; we do not intentionally collect information from children under 13. We may revise this privacy policy, updated content will be published on this page with new effective date.
